Lead, Rebuild, and Grow in a High-Performing PPO/FFS Practice with Full Autonomy

Are you a strong, relationship-driven General Dentist ready to lead a high-potential practice in one of San Antonio's most desirable communities? We're seeking a confident, motivated clinician to take over a busy, fully PPO/FFS practice in Stone Oak , with a clear path to ownership and the opportunity to re-establish trust, stability, and growth.

• Solo General Dentist Role supported by:

  • 2 Full-Time Hygienists (Single Column)

  • 3 Dedicated Doctor Operatories

  No HMO, No Medicaid. Serve patients who expect and value high-quality, comprehensive care.

• Proven Production Potential:
  This is an $8,500/day doctor opportunity for someone ready to step into a full clinical schedule.

Technology & Clinical Environment

• Technology Includes:

  • Intraoral Scanner

  • Rotary Endo System

  • Implant System

  • OpenDental Software

• No CBCT currently onsite – open to investment if aligned with associate's clinical focus

• All Lab-Fabricated Restorations (no in-office milling)

Schedule & Compensation

• Work Schedule:

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • No weekend or evening hours

• Compensation:

  • 32% of Collections

  • 32% Lab Fee Responsibility (~30% of Production)

  • Negotiable Signing Bonus – higher for a 2-year commitment

  • Daily Guarantee during onboarding phase

• Experienced GPs , AEGD/GPR grads , or motivated new dentists seeking a leadership path

Requirements:

• DDS/DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school

• Texas dental license (or eligibility)
