**Job Title: Field Service Manager** **Job Description** The Field Service Manager will be responsible for dispatching and managing Field Service Technicians to troubleshoot and repair industrial-sized printing machines. This includes handling electrical, mechanical, and calibration issues. **Responsibilities** + Dispatch and manage Field Service Technicians. + Troubleshoot and repair industrial-sized printing machines. + Handle electrical and mechanical repairs. + Perform calibration tasks as needed. + Ensure timely and effective service for customers. **Essential Skills** + Electrical repair skills + Mechanical repair skills + Experience with printer repair + Service management skills + Experience with industrial printing machines **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Strong customer service skills + Troubleshooting experience + Field service experience **Work Environment** The Field Service Manager will be dispatched both locally within the Orange County and LA territory, as well as around the SoCal area. There may be occasions where travel by plane to other locations is required. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Garden Grove, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
