About the Opportunity:
A mission-driven, federally qualified health center in Northern California is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its vibrant outpatient clinic. This is a full-time position focused on delivering comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in a community-centered, team-based environment.
Monday–Friday schedule (no inpatient or call responsibilities)
Candidates must hold an active California license at the time of application
Ideal for providers who are passionate about healthcare access, prevention, and continuity of care across the lifespan
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual salary range: $120,956 – $157,243 , based on experience
