Job Description

Primary Care Physician
Location: Cleveland, OH
Compensation: $260,000 base salary with total earning potential of $312,000+ plus full benefits
New clinic opening May 2025

She Recruits is representing an innovative, patient-focused healthcare group bringing a fresh approach to primary care for seniors in Cleveland. This mission-driven organization delivers high-quality, value-based care in modern neighborhood clinics designed to feel like home. Patients benefit from warm, welcoming environments, wellness activities, and free transportation when needed — creating true continuity of care and community connection.

In this role, you’ll enjoy a balanced schedule, smaller patient panels, and the time and resources to deliver deeply personal, relationship-based care. You’ll be supported by a dedicated care team and a leadership culture that respects your time, values, and work-life balance.

Position Details:
Base salary of $260,000 plus up to 20% bonus potential tied to patient satisfaction, quality measures, living company values, and reducing hospital days. Total earning potential is $312,000 or more. Monday through Friday schedule, 8am to 5pm. Outpatient only — no nights or weekends. Average 10–12 patients per day with a panel capped at about 650 patients. Call is shared across the market (example: if there are 32 providers, call would be 1:32 weeks). Each physician has a dedicated care team including a medical assistant, scheduler, referral specialist, and full leadership support. Patient population includes seniors with 3–5 complex chronic conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, and hypertension.

Benefits:
Full health, vision, and dental insurance (family options included) plus paid parental leave. 401(k) with up to 4.5% employer match. Malpractice insurance with tail coverage. Generous PTO, paid holidays, and floating holidays for up to 29 days off per year. Patients benefit from added services like free wellness activities (exercise, art, and more) and complimentary Uber/Lyft rides.

Requirements:
MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Fellowship in Geriatrics is a plus but not required. Must hold an active, unrestricted Ohio medical license and current DEA registration. Proficiency in common in-office procedures (suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, basic wound care) is preferred.

If you’re ready to make a real difference in a supportive, modern care model where you can build strong relationships with patients and thrive professionally, She Recruits would love to connect you to this opportunity.
