SAIC has an exciting opportunity for Program Support / Administrative Assistant candidate on a successful long term Information Technology contract supporting USSOCOM. Program Admin Support / Program Analyst enhances the PM and Program Office’s effectiveness by providing personalized administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. The ideal candidate thrives in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment; able to triage multiple and often conflicting priorities and tasks. Has a positive personality with “can do” attitude and able to work with many types of people. Some activities the candidate will perform are as follows: 

• Receiving, sorting, and categorizing incoming requests.
• Requesting and maintaining access of Tokens for offsite employees using a Corporate tool.
• Assisting and reviewing Expense Reports for accuracy and proper charge code / billing information that enables payment to the traveler and invoicing to customer.
• Working with employees and the Customer to arrange travel as requested by the Government.
• Posting job requisitions and maintaining documents for each billet in an organized manner.
• Onboarding coordination for new hires.
• Updating and maintaining Workforce Reporting Tool (consists of general / individual information, resumes / CVs / record of certifications / other data required for program related purposes).
• Write and maintain Standard Operating Process for each of the tasks performed.
• Provide administrative support to Program Manager and contract employees as requested or needed.
• Organize, Schedule and Host meetings as requested.
• Create agendas and take meeting minutes, if requested.
• Experience and proficiency with MS Office Suite required with particular emphasis on MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.

Qualifications

This position supports dynamic contract that provides direct support to members of USSOCOM, and offers a great opportunity to impact processes, procedures and get creative in support of requirements. A helpful and flexible personality is a plus in this type of environment. Must be able to shift from task to task and interact with all types of personalities.

• Bachelor's Degree & 3+ years of relevant experience (7 years relevant experience may substitute for degree) providing task execution/program administrative support, preferably to government customers
• Experience and proficiency with MS Office Suite required with particular emphasis on MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.

Target salary range: $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
