The candidate will:

• Be able to successfully manage performance of tasks or projects as part of a larger program.
• Assist with BD activities such as BOM development, assembling quote packages, creating BOE’s, and work with corporate pricing & management for approvals.
• Assist with management of local procurement team with a specific eye towards ensuring proper adherence to budgetary restraints.
• Manage tracking of procurements and inventory for multiple FFP and CFF projects.
• Work as a liaison between SAIC and government customers on specific projects/programs.
• Accounting background preferred.
• Must have good mechanical aptitude and a solid understanding of government drawings & standards.
• Must be familiar with SmartSheet and Power BI to perform required procurement and budgetary oversite responsibilities.
• SECRET clearance required.
• Travel not likely, but let’s go with 10%.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelors and 5+ years’ experience. (Minimum 9 years’ experience accepted in lieu of degree).

Required Skills:

• Experience working with SmartSheet and Power BI.
• Experience supporting procurement efforts for a US government program.
• Experience creating BOE's.
• Ability to work within a group setting and work with minimal oversite while maintain schedule and budgetary restrictions.
• Experience creating BOE's.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles.  Accounting degree/certificate preferred.
• Familiarity with government drawing practices, BOM's,  and military standards.

Required Clearance:

• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Required Travel:

• Travel included up to 10%.
