Job Description

We are looking for a Full Time Retail Sales Manager to oversee our retail team, sales and store operations. (We also have a need for part time support, so please reach out if you are not available full time, but still interested in an opportunity.)

The Manager will need to be available to work Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday. Our store is open from 11am until 6pm 7 days/week.

We are looking for people who:

• enjoy leading others but is also willing to collaborate with the team to get tasks done
• enjoy proactively interacting with people and developing relationships with new and returning customers
• can communicate easily and help our customers to understand all the great ways they can enjoy tahini, halva and sesame
• display attention to detail, organization and cleanliness
• can cut and wrap halva neatly
• can open or close the store, which includes setting up or cleaning responsibilities 
• can interact with the market management team and support communications across the rest of the retail team 
• are looking to be a part of a dynamic and friendly team 
• will positively represent our brand
• are ‘foodies’ who are genuinely interested in unique and nutritious ingredients

Familiarity with soft-serve ice-cream machines and a Food Handlers Certificate are a plus but not essential.
