GRUBBRR is seeking a Mid-Level Technical Product Owner to play a key role in developing our next-generation self-serve ordering solutions. We are committed to building Cloud-native, consumer-first, and UX-friendly kiosks and online applications across diverse verticals, supporting both enterprise clients and small businesses.
Our consumer applications integrate with a comprehensive stack of payment, loyalty, and POS systems. We also provide actionable insights to empower our customers to make informed decisions. Our primary objective is to deliver a frictionless experience for end-consumers and provide intuitive, intelligent management capabilities for our customers to maximize their ROI.
This role offers an opportunity to significantly contribute to our product development lifecycle, translating strategic vision into tangible, impactful solutions.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to capture requests and translate them into clear product requirements.
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with product strategy.
Develop user stories and acceptance criteria that guide development efforts.
Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the development process.
Participate in product increment planning and all Scrum meetings.
Engage in technical and implementation discussions with the engineering team.
Validate implemented features against defined requirements.
Analyze and document third-party APIs to facilitate seamless integrations.
Represent the customer's perspective to the development team.
Participate in all agile SCRUM ceremonies and activities.
Demonstrate product features to stakeholders and customers.
In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology.
Hands-on experience managing all stages of a product life cycle.
Technical background with knowledge of software architecture and modern software technologies and standards.
Experience with APIs and tools such as Postman.
Excellent knowledge of Cloud and SaaS solutions.
Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles.
Proficiency in business process modeling.
Ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate effectively within large teams.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within product management and/or business/system analysis.
Product Owner certification such as SAFe POPM or CSPO is a plus.
