Our team, Worldwide Amazon Stores Finance Automation & Standardization, is at the center of driving finance transformation for the largest business inside Amazon. We are seeking a creative and forward-thinking UX Designer to become a key member of our team. As a UX Designer on our team, you will help shape the future of our high-impact product, and work closely with a cross-functional group of engineers and product managers to deliver a bar-raising experience for finance products. This role requires a big-picture vision and meticulous attention to detail as you bring our product roadmap to life for finance users. Key job responsibilities
- Work with key partners, product, and engineers to understand the customer needs and deliver strategic customer experiences across modalities
- Bring strong, user-centered design skills and business knowledge to translate conceptual ideas into design solutions
- Rapidly produce flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interactions
- Present and defend design recommendations to stakeholders and leadership for review, feedback, and approval
- Work with technology teams to build efficiently, without compromising core experience principles

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of design experience
- 3+ years of delivering design solutions as a UX designer or interaction designer experience
- Have an available online portfolio
- Experience prototyping (HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, CSS, Flash or Flash Catalyst, or Axure)
