Registered Nurse (RN) – Correctional Health - Travel Position (with $7,500 Completion Bonus) Location: Eloy, AZ Job Type: Travel Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3x12 Nights Pay: $ 2,084.76/week (plus $2,500 completion bonus per contract, up to $7,500 after three contracts) About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide healthcare services within a correctional facility. The RN will deliver high-quality nursing care to incarcerated individuals, ensuring safety, compliance, and dignity in a secure environment. Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, triage, and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide urgent care within the correctional setting.
• Monitor chronic conditions and assist with preventive health programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all facility, state, and federal regulations.
• Educate patients on health management and promote wellness initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to security protocols while providing compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Licensure: Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in correctional health, emergency, or acute care preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and adaptability skills.
